We partnered with a global virtual reality escape room company, vrCAVE, to conduct a comprehensive digital marketing audit and overhaul their Google Ads account. Our goal was to increase brand awareness and drive relevant traffic to their website.
Discovery Phase
During the discovery workshop, we reviewed all current digital channels, identified their target market, and learned about key business functions and events (e.g., trade shows, game launches). This deeper understanding helped us align our efforts with their goals and objectives.
What We Did
The KEEN team conducted a full digital marketing audit of vrCAVE’s online presence, with a deep dive into their Meta and Google advertising campaigns. We provided weekly recommendations for digital campaign adjustments and optimizations, tailored to their specific goals and metrics.
The key to optimizing their Google Ads campaigns was breaking them down by target audience, focusing on highly relevant keywords, and excluding irrelevant search queries. This approach minimized invalid clicks and impressions, increased the click-through rate (CTR), and generated more qualified leads.
As a result, vrCAVE saw significant growth in positioning and awareness across the second half of 2023. By recommending ad copy and landing pages with stronger calls to action, KEEN boosted ad conversions by 678% in the first month of collaboration.

- 84.47% Decrease in Cost/Conversion from CA$1157.6 to CA$179.78
- 1,603.72% Increase in Conversion Rate from .13% to 2.09%
Increasing Ad Relevance
